Farma menstrual cup by Inca with a sterilizer. This product is an eco-friendly, discreet, and safe alternative to using tampons and pads. Moreover, it provides protection for 12 hours and does not emit irritating odors.
It is made from medical-grade silicone, which does not alter or damage the vaginal flora.
The sterilizer is designed for quick and easy sterilization. The most convenient option when you are traveling or away from home.-
1. Preparing the cup before use: Wash with soap and boil for 10-15 minutes before first use.
2. Hand preparation before use: Clean hands ensure safe use! Fold the cup into a "C" or "U" shape or a "7" shape.
4. Hold the cup between your thumb and index finger, with the "tail" pointing into your palm.
5. Insert and rotate: Before inserting the cup, find a comfortable position and relax your pelvic muscles. Insert the cup, positioning it lower than a tampon. Once the cup unfolds, you will feel slight pressure against the vaginal walls and a "suction" sensation, ensuring it is securely in place and leak-proof. To verify proper placement, you can slightly rotate the cup.
6. Removal (after 8-12 hours): Clean your hands. Locate the "tail" of the cup and feel for the base. Pinch the base with two fingers to break the suction and carefully pull the cup out with downward movements.
7. Sterilize between cycles.Fill the sterilization cup with water, leaving space below the hard edge.
Clean the Eureka cup before placing it in the sterilizer with the tube folded inward.
Place the sterilizer in the microwave with the lid open for about 2-3 minutes.
Remember! Always sterilize the cup before using it on the first day of your period and possibly before storing it at the end of your cycle.
