Apply a serum or light cream suitable for your skin type, or based on the desired effect, to thoroughly cleansed facial skin and allow it to absorb. It is not recommended to use heavy oils. In a special rubber bowl, pour 15-25 g of the mask powder and add 50-75 ml of activating lotion or water (in a 1:3 ratio) at room temperature (20-25°C). Quickly mix the resulting combination to achieve the consistency of thick sour cream. Using a broad spatula, swiftly apply the mixture to the face in a thick layer. Within 2-4 minutes, the mask will set on the face, forming a smooth, dense surface. To prevent drying and skin irritation at the edges of the mask, it should be moistened with water or lotion. After 20 minutes, remove the mask in one piece, starting from the chin. Apply a cream suitable for your skin type to the face. For optimal results, it is recommended to use alginate masks in a course of 10-12 sessions, 2-3 times a week.
