This means you can continue enjoying your favorite sports or swimming activities without interruption.

Before first use, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup; there are different folding methods, so try a few and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction sound or a "pop," indicating that it has been correctly placed. If you're unsure, feel the base of the cup—it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you notice any dents or indentations, the cup hasn't fully expanded. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to ensure a vacuum seal has formed. Once in place, gently pull on the stem; if you feel resistance, it means a suction has been created and the cup is securely in place!
