The main difference between Yuuki Classic and Yuuki Soft lies in the degree of firmness: the Classic model is firmer than the Soft model. Firmer menstrual cups are recommended for more physically active women with stronger pelvic floor muscles. Especially for women who engage in sports that strengthen this muscle group (Pilates, pole dance,yoga, horse riding), you should choose cups from among the more rigid models.
