The fixing lotion is the second stage of the eyelash lifting procedure. The fixative, also known as a neutralizer, closes the bonds in the hair's keratin and sets its new shape.

Shake the bottle well before use. Using a micro-brush, apply a small amount of the setting lotion slightly above the mid-length of your lashes. Carefully spread the product along the lash line. Leave the neutralizer on your lashes for 5 minutes. After the designated time, gently remove the product with a cotton swab.
