1) Apply 15-20 grams of the mask to dry hair. Use a wide-tooth comb to distribute it evenly through your hair. For enhanced effect, use a hot towel. Leave it on for 15 minutes, then proceed to style your hair. 2) Gently massage 5-10 grams of the product into clean, damp hair, ensuring even distribution. Leave it on for 5-7 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with warm water. For a more intensive treatment, leave it on for 15-20 minutes. It is recommended to use a hot towel for better results.

I didn't feel any effect from this mask at all, it even seems to dry out my hair. My hair becomes tangled, dry, and stiff after using it, even though I had high hopes for it. I will give it a few more tries, and if there is any effect, I will write a positive review. But for now, there is absolutely no result.
It took a little longer than regular mass-market products (with a lot of "gimmicks" for the illusion of quick "healthy" hair effects) to feel the effects of this shampoo and conditioner set - and the effect is amazing! My hair, which is often dried out from daily blow-drying and henna dyeing, became moisturized, resilient, and radiant! And the wonderful scent (genuine, not chemical) adds mood even in the gloomiest autumn weather!
