In 2003, perfumer Laurent Bruyere crafted a lighter variant of the legendary women's fragrance Red Door, an emblem of the American brand Elizabeth Arden. In its modern interpretation, the floral bouquet resonates with a more feminine and delicate touch, lending its wearer a romantic, dreamy allure. The aromatic floral notes of Red Door Revealed perfume water intertwine seamlessly with the velvety luxury of woody chords. The design of the bottle and packaging borrows from the original, however, the rich red color has been replaced with a soft pink hue.
The composition's top opens with juicy notes of aromatic pear combined with the fresh scent of green orchid and pink peony. The heart of the fragrance sparkles with a richness of hues, where the light bitterness of orange blossom harmonizes with the exotic sweetness of tiare flowers and yellow champaca. A delicate harmony of Bulgarian rose and white lily, set against playful plum accords, elegantly adorns the bouquet. The composition's luxury is accentuated by a rich woody-musky base, composed of guaiac wood, oakmoss, and black amber.
