- Brush your teeth thoroughly with a toothbrush.
- Apply a strip of the whitening gel evenly along the entire length of the Ultrasmile Power Whitening LED silicone tray.
- Insert the Ultrasmile Power Whitening LED tray into your mouth.
- Activate the LED light using your smartphone. Allow the whitening gel to work for 15-30 minutes, depending on the level of discoloration. For severe discoloration, you can extend the whitening process for an additional 10 minutes, but do not exceed a total of 40 minutes.
- Remove the Ultrasmile Power Whitening LED tray and rinse your mouth with warm water. You can then brush your teeth with toothpaste to remove any excess gel. The at-home whitening gel is easily washed away with water.
- You can use the whitening treatment once a day until you achieve the desired results.
