This is a gel cream that has a slight cooling effect which can be felt for a while. It has a light scent and is not sticky, but it leaves a dewy finish. I am 34 and I don't have much knowledge about eye creams, but I can say that this cream, in my opinion, doesn't do much. I don't have any major issues in this area, but at my age, a slight lifting effect is expected while this cream simply moisturizes. Maybe eye creams are not capable of doing more, I don't know, but I will continue searching.
Not a bad eye cream. I didn't get anything special from it, but it provides enough moisturization and has a pleasantly lightweight consistency. The concealer also applies well on top of it.
