After using it, I experienced terrible irritation, as if burns. It only removes fine hair on the legs or arms. It's a good thing I didn't try it on my face... In addition, I have a high pain threshold, and I didn't experience any irritation or pain after using regular epilators.
The effectiveness is very weak; it would be better to choose something more efficient, like a razor or an epilator. Don't waste your time on this.
This product is amazing! I first tested it on my husband, and then on myself. It's really effective at removing hair and exfoliating the skin. However, it's important to rinse or wipe it after each use because the glass can get dirty with skin or dirt and may not pick up hair properly. It also doesn't work well on soft hair, but with a little effort, everything will be gone. There's no irritation at all, I'm thrilled with it.
