At first, I used the cream in the morning and evening, but after a week, I experienced irritation (due to the active ingredients - it dried out my skin). Then I started using it only at night - it works better for my skin. Overall, the cream provided good lifting effects and refreshed my appearance. As for wrinkle smoothing, I can't say much as I had other procedures done before purchasing the cream. Overall, I would rate it 4+ (with a small drawback being the initial irritation).
