Create a paste by mixing the powder with hot water. Apply it to damp hair. Leave it on for 10-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Shampooing is not necessary.

If using to prolong hair color, increase the application time to up to 60 minutes, depending on your hair's texture. If you are using a herbal dye, shampoo your hair first. If cassia makes your hair drier than usual, mix it with a small amount of oil. The dryness will disappear within a day after using the powder.
