Pour the mud into a glass or ceramic container and add a small amount of mineral or boiled water. Stir until it thickens (for a facial mask, use 3-4 small teaspoons of mud and about ten drops of water). Apply a thin layer of the mud to your skin, avoiding the area around the eyes, and rinse off with warm water before it dries. For the first use, leave the mud on for 2-3 minutes and observe your skin’s reaction. Gradually increase the application time to 4-6 minutes for subsequent uses. Ultimately, the mask can be left on for 10-15 minutes, depending on your skin’s tolerance. The treatment should last for 5-6 weeks, and it is recommended to use the mask twice a week. Redness and mild burning sensations are normal reactions. If you experience severe burning, swelling, or other adverse effects, discontinue use immediately and do not reapply the mask.
