Start by performing a manicure and cleaning the nail plate to remove any oils. If needed, apply a non-acid primer. Apply a single layer of the base coat and cure it under a UV or LED lamp. Apply the gel polish in two layers, curing each layer under the lamp. Finish by applying a top coat for gel polish. Since the top coat has a sticky layer, remove it with a special solution.
