I apply it to my scalp and leave it on for a couple of minutes, then rinse it off and wash my hair again with another shampoo. It leaves a pleasant menthol cooling sensation on the skin. My scalp gets less oily, in my opinion. I use it twice a week and one bottle lasts me for 3 months.

Then I leave it on for 8-10 minutes and rinse it off.

I liked it. But keep in mind that if you don't wash your hair with shampoo after using it, it will dry out your scalp.

My favorite scalp scrub!
I have a combination skin type, and my hair is naturally blonde.
I've been using it for a few years, even from the "old version" when it smelled like household soap and made my hair feel stiff during washing, but the scrub's cleansing effect was amazing!
In November, it came with an updated formula, as it now has a minty scent and a slight tingling sensation on the scalp. After using it, my hair during washing became softer instead of being stiff, and the salt particles seemed to stay the same.
I like this version even more!
My application method hasn't changed: I dampen my dirty hair with water, apply the scrub to my scalp, then massage it well with my fingertips. If needed, I add a little water for more foam and better gliding. Then I rinse it off, wash my hair with my regular shampoo once, and continue with my hair care routine (mask, conditioner, serum).
On the day I use the scrub, I try to use the moisturizing line of products, but with this updated version, it's no longer necessary.
I usually use the scrub once every two weeks or when I visually see that it's time.

It suited me in principle. The freshness of the skin is clearly felt, added volume at the roots. I deduct one star because the scrub causes dandruff in those who are prone to it. I did a scalp scrub for my boyfriend, and a few days later he started complaining of itching. I looked and there it was - dandruff appeared. Although initially the scrub also cleaned the skin well and gave a feeling of freshness. The boyfriend was satisfied. But here is an unpleasant side effect. The shampoo didn't change, the dandruff was caused specifically by the scrub.
