The Sport model, with its high level of firmness, is designed for women with well-developed pelvic floor muscles, as well as those who are actively engaged in sports. With its use, one can feel comfortable and protected even during intense physical activities.

Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods - you can try them and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and let it expand inside the vagina. Once inserted, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it has been correctly positioned. If you're unsure, feel the base of the cup - it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you feel dents, the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grip the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to turn it to create a suction seal. Once in place, try tugging slightly on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established and the cup is properly positioned!
