Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. After insertion, it will open with a noticeable suction or popping sound, indicating it has been correctly positioned. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal.
