For massage: Mix 3-5 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil.
For a compress: Add 5 drops to 1 cup of warm water.
For an aroma lamp: Use 3-5 drops.
For inhalation: Use 1-2 drops.
For a bath: Mix 3-5 drops with an emulsifier (1/4 cup of milk, whey, honey solution, or sea/kitchen salt) before adding to the water. For a foot bath: Use 1-2 drops mixed with an emulsifier.
To enrich creams, tonics, gels, or shampoos: Add 2-3 drops per 5 ml of the base product.
