Bath - Fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (pre-mixed with a carrier oil). Use 6-12 drops of essential oil mixed with one tablespoon (10 ml) of carrier oil per bath.
Massage - Add selected essential oils to the carrier oil intended for massage. Pour about 50 ml of carrier oil into a glass container or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil, and mix well.
Store the mixture in a tightly sealed dark glass bottle in a cool, light-protected place.
Shake the bottle before each use.
For one teaspoon (5 ml) of carrier oil, use 2-3 drops of essential oil.
Diffusion - Fill the water container in an aroma lamp or diffuser with water and add 3-6 drops of essential oil.
Sauna - Use 5 drops of essential oil per 1 liter of water.
