Fig is a highly aromatic plant. Its distinctive scent can be detected simply by walking past the tree. Crushed between the fingers, a fig leaf emits a sharp, pungent, and green aroma, with a delicate sweet-green woody nuance imbued with honey, tobacco, mossy, and coumarin tones.
Amber enhances the richness and density of the fragrance composition.
The top notes of fig leaf are framed by the citrus note of grapefruit and the refreshingly sour lemon. These chords blend with the spicy shades of zest. The sweet-nutty almond milk in the heart of the fragrance water is mixed with the undertones of pink pepper and the intoxicating sweet fragrance of jasmine petals. Balsamic benzoin is used to create the base of the Label Amber & Fig perfume, which also prominently features the sun-soaked amber drops of animalistic seductive amber and the sensual chords of a pink-cream warm sandalwood.
The fragrance, housed in a sleek glass bottle with a muted orange craft label, has an oriental character but without the usual heaviness and intensity associated with this type of scent.
