As a body balm: Massage a portion of the oil into your skin immediately after a bath. Applying it to pre-moistened skin will not only make it easier to spread but also enhance absorption. For a lazy option, add one tablespoon of the oil to a warm bath. After soaking, a thin layer of oil will remain on your skin, which you can massage in or leave to absorb.
For massaging selected body parts: Warm a portion of the oil in your hands and massage into the desired areas. You can also add various natural essential oils.
To enrich cream or lotion: Mix a bit of the oil in your hand with your favorite cream or lotion just before use, then massage it into your skin.
As a scalp mask: Massage 1-2 teaspoons of warmed oil into your scalp at least one hour before washing your hair to nourish it with valuable ingredients.
As a hair mask: Apply a small amount of the oil to dry or damp hair, or hair treated with water, aloe, or hyaluronic gel, at least 20 minutes before washing, then rinse with a gentle shampoo. You can also leave the mixture on your hair for a longer period, such as overnight. If you use too much oil, first apply some conditioner to emulsify it, then rinse with shampoo.
To protect hair ends: Rub a small amount of the oil into the dry or damp ends of your hair.
For calloused skin: Rub a portion of the oil into the rough skin on your heels, elbows, or knees. You can also use it as part of a regenerating treatment for cracked heels or dry hands. For this, massage a portion of the oil into your heels or hands (for example, in addition to your usual cream) before bed, and then wear cotton socks or gloves. You can also wrap your feet or hands in foil beforehand.
As a nail conditioner: Massage a bit of the oil into your nails and cuticles. You can also add a few drops of castor oil.
As a conditioner for eyelashes and eyebrows: Spread a small amount of warmed oil along the length of your eyelashes and eyebrows, ensuring it does not get into your eyes.
As a lip care product: Apply a bit of the oil to your lips as needed throughout the day or after exfoliating.
