Instead of a cream: Apply a few drops directly onto damp skin on your face, neck, and décolleté, or use it as a spot treatment. For enhanced effects, you can pre-mix the oil with your favorite floral water or hyaluronic acid gel to provide your skin with more valuable ingredients.
As a body balm: Apply the oil immediately after a bath! Applying it on pre-moistened skin not only makes the application easier but also aids in absorption. Lazy option: Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil to a warm bath. After such a bath, a thin layer of oil will remain on your skin, which you can massage in or leave to absorb.
For massaging selected body parts: Use it alone or mix it with another oil, such as sweet almond oil, grapeseed oil, or rice oil, to get a more oily consistency. Warm it in your hand and massage the desired body parts. You can also add various natural essential oils.
Enriching creams/lotions: Mix the oil with your favorite cream or lotion in your hand just before use, then massage it into your skin.
Scalp mask: Massage 2 tablespoons of oil into your scalp at least 1 hour before washing your hair to provide it with valuable ingredients.
Hair mask: Apply to dry or water/aloe/hyaluronic gel-dampened hair at least 20 minutes before washing, then wash the oil off with a gentle shampoo. You can also leave this mixture on your hair for a longer period, such as overnight. If you use too much oil, first apply a portion of hair conditioner to emulsify the oil, then rinse with shampoo.
Hair tip protection: Rub a few drops of oil into dry or damp hair tips.
Preparation for calloused skin: Massage a small amount of oil into rough skin on your heels, elbows, or knees. You can also use the oil as an aid for regenerating cracked heels or dry hands. To do this, massage the oil into your heels/hands before bed (e.g., in addition to your regular cream), then wear cotton socks/gloves. You can also wrap your feet/hands in foil beforehand.
As a nail conditioner: Massage a few drops of oil into your nails and cuticles. You can also add a few drops of castor oil.
As a lash and brow conditioner: Apply the oil along the length of your lashes and brows, ensuring the oil does not get into your eyes.
As a face mask: Mix a few drops of oil with a portion of your chosen clay or clays, add your favorite floral water, and mix to a paste-like consistency. Apply for about 15 minutes, then rinse off. Meanwhile, spritz your skin with plant water to prevent the mask from drying completely.
