Instead of using cream, apply a few drops directly to the damp skin of your face, neck, and décolleté, or use it as a spot treatment. For enhanced effects, you can pre-mix the oil with your favorite floral water or hyaluronic acid gel to provide your skin with more valuable ingredients.
As a body "balm" - apply the oil immediately after bathing! Applying it to pre-moistened skin not only makes it easier to spread but also aids in absorption. For a lazy option: add 1-2 tablespoons of oil to a warm bath. After soaking in this bath, a thin layer of oil will remain on your skin, which you can either massage in or leave to absorb.
For massaging selected body parts - use the oil alone or mix it with another oil, such as sweet almond oil, grape seed oil, or rice oil, to achieve a more oily consistency. Warm it in your hands and then massage the selected areas of your body. You can also add various natural essential oils.
To enrich your cream/lotion - mix the oil with your favorite cream or lotion in your hand just before use, then massage it into your skin.
As a scalp mask - massage 2 tablespoons of oil into your scalp at least 1 hour before washing your hair to provide valuable ingredients.
As a hair mask - apply to dry or damp hair (moistened with water and/or aloe/hyaluronic gel) at least 20 minutes before washing, then rinse with a gentle shampoo. You can also leave this mixture on your hair for a longer period, such as overnight. If you have used too much oil, first apply a portion of hair conditioner to emulsify the oil, then wash with shampoo.
For protecting hair ends - rub a few drops of oil into dry or damp hair ends.
For preparing calloused skin - massage a small amount of oil into rough skin on the heels, elbows, or knees. You can also use the oil as an aid in a regenerating treatment for cracked heels or dry hands. To do this, massage the oil into the skin of your heels/hands (for example, in addition to your regular cream) before bed, then put on cotton socks/gloves. You can also wrap your feet/hands in foil beforehand.
As a nail conditioner - massage a few drops of oil into your nails and cuticles. You can also add a few drops of castor oil.
As a conditioner for eyelashes and eyebrows - distribute the oil along the entire length of your eyelashes and eyebrows, being careful not to get it in your eyes.
As a face mask - mix a few drops of oil with your chosen clay or clays, add your favorite floral water, and mix until it forms a paste. Apply it for about 15 minutes, then rinse off. Meanwhile, spray your skin with plant water to prevent the mask from drying out completely.
