Instead of using a cream, apply a few drops directly onto damp skin on your face, neck, and décolletage, or use it as a spot treatment. To enhance the effect, you can mix the oil with your favorite floral water or hyaluronic acid gel beforehand for extra beneficial ingredients. As a body balm, apply the oil right after taking a bath. Applying it to pre-moistened skin not only makes it easier to spread but also aids in absorption. For a quick method, add 1-2 tablespoons of the oil to a warm bath. After soaking, a thin layer of oil will remain on your skin, which you can either massage in or leave to absorb. For massaging specific body parts, use the oil alone or mix it with another oil, such as sweet almond oil, grapeseed oil, or rice bran oil, to achieve a more oily consistency. Warm the mixture in your hands and massage it into the desired areas. You can also add various natural essential oils. To enrich your cream or lotion, mix the oil with your favorite cream or lotion in your hand just before applying, then massage into the skin. As a scalp mask, massage 2 tablespoons of the oil into your scalp at least an hour before washing your hair to nourish it with valuable ingredients. For a hair mask, apply to dry or damp hair (moistened with water, aloe vera, or hyaluronic gel) at least 20 minutes before washing, then rinse out with a gentle shampoo. You can also leave this mixture on your hair for a longer period, such as overnight. If you’ve used too much oil, first apply a portion of hair conditioner to emulsify the oil, then shampoo your hair. For protecting hair ends, rub a few drops of oil into dry or damp ends. To soften calloused skin, massage a small amount of oil into rough areas on your heels, elbows, or knees. For regenerating cracked heels or dry hands, massage the oil into your skin before bed (possibly in addition to your usual cream), then wear cotton socks or gloves. You can also wrap your feet or hands in foil beforehand. As a nail conditioner, massage a few drops of oil into your nails and cuticles. You can also add a few drops of castor oil. For conditioning eyelashes and eyebrows, distribute the oil along the entire length, being careful to avoid getting the oil in your eyes. As a face mask, mix a few drops of oil with your chosen clay and favorite floral water to create a paste. Apply for about 15 minutes, then rinse off. Meanwhile, spritz your skin with plant water to prevent the mask from drying out completely.
