I tried out the micellar water, but it doesn't remove my mascara even when I try to simply wipe my eyes (when the mascara smudges the skin). And if I try to completely remove my makeup, I don't think it will be effective. So, I don't recommend it at all. I'll only use it to wipe off eyebrow dye during maximum dyeing. It's not intended for anything more.
