Place four teaspoons (10g) of the product into a container and mix with water until it reaches a creamy consistency. Apply to damp skin on the body using circular motions. Thoroughly scrub all areas of the body and rinse off with water. After rinsing, there is no need to use soap or other cleansing products. Use as needed, but no more than twice a week.
