The ab and arm belt operates on the principle of EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation). It generates safe, weak electrical impulses on the skin through special electrodes on the inside of the bracelet. These electrical impulses activate the nerves that control the muscles. Then, the impulses contract and relax the muscles just as they would during a workout exercise. The impulses are designed to mimic natural muscle contractions, effectively and comfortably.
