Shake the product well before use. Apply the cream generously to your skin before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or prolonged sun exposure. Avoid staying in the sun for extended periods, even with sun protection, particularly during peak hours (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM). Prolonged sun exposure can cause health issues.
