Recommended for use with sensitive and bleeding gums, in cases of irritation and redness of the oral mucosa, gums, tongue, and injuries caused by consuming rough, spicy, or very hot food and drinks. The patented ADS system prevents enamel staining and does not alter taste perceptions.
The Curasept ADS line is developed based on chlorhexidine in various concentrations combined with ADS. Chlorhexidine is an antiseptic substance considered the gold standard in preventing the development of bacterial biofilm in the oral cavity and gingivitis. However, a common side effect of its use is the formation of plaque on the enamel. To prevent this, Curasept has developed a special Anti Discoloration System (ADS), which is used in the Curasept ADS product range. Chlorhexidine combined with ADS can be safely used for both short-term and long-term treatment. Depending on the concentration and the addition of other ingredients, it can be used for both acute and chronic treatment.
