Do not apply creams or oils to your skin before tanning and ensure your skin is exfoliated and clean. Apply the product two to three times onto the applicator mitt and massage it into your skin using long, circular motions, covering your entire body. Use sparingly on hands, feet, knees, and elbows. Leave the product on your skin for at least 8 hours, then rinse off with water only and pat dry without rubbing. Your natural-looking tan, whether medium or dark, will gradually fade over 4-7 days.
