Dermatan sulfate: This is the predominant glycosaminoglycan in the skin and the main cofactor of FGF-7 (keratinocyte growth factor). Dermatan sulfate stimulates the growth of normal keratinocytes and restores crucial components of the skin barrier, balancing the skin's hydrolipidic film.

Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate): This is a cofactor in the biosynthesis of components of the skin barrier, particularly the hydrolipidic film. It enhances the moisturizing and protective properties of the skin barrier.

Glycerin: Plays a role in moisturizing and maintaining skin elasticity, as well as in restoring the epidermal barrier. Glycerin has multiple effects: it enhances the moisture of the stratum corneum; improves the functions of the skin barrier and the biomechanical properties of the skin; increases protection against external irritants; facilitates the degradation of desmosomes; accelerates wound healing.

Hyaluronic acid: Intensely moisturizes and prevents transepidermal water loss (TEWL). It also strengthens the skin barrier, preventing the penetration of irritating components from the outside. Moreover, hyaluronic acid reduces skin tightness, enhancing its softness and elasticity.
