I really liked the base. I got it after Artdeco. Applying the base with a brush is much more pleasant for me. The product spreads easily on the eyelids. Shiseido eyeshadows hold up excellently from morning till evening. The color with the base is much more intense than without it.
The eyeshadow base is of good quality. The eyeshadows stay in place for a solid 6 hours. I consider this to be a great result for me, as my eyelids tend to make all eyeshadows "slide off" on any base within three to four hours.
