Facial Scraper - Atashi
On pre-cleansed skin, apply a moisturizing cream or serum for better gua sha glide. Repeat each movement at least five times on each area.
Chin Area: Hold the gua sha tool at a 15-20 degree angle to your face and slowly and mindfully glide it from the center of your chin towards your earlobe. Repeat several times on both sides.
Forehead: Place the long edge of the gua sha tool at the bridge of your nose and slowly glide it upward towards the hairline. Repeat the motion.
Cheek Area: Start from the sides of the nose and move the gua sha tool upwards along your cheeks and cheekbones towards the ears. Repeat the motion.
Brow Area: Position the gua sha tool at the start of your eyebrows near the bridge of your nose and glide it along the brow line towards the ear. Repeat the motion.
