This is a dense, creamy, bitter coffee shot that feels on the skin like an interpretation of freshly ground dark paradise, a complex bitter arabica. The bitterness is complemented by an earthy and powdery veil of iris mixed with violets, and a dusty mysterious backdrop of dark patchouli, adding additional layers of contrast.
