Apply matte eyeshadows to prepped eyelids, over an eyeshadow primer or set concealer. For a light wash of color, use a fluffy brush to apply the matte eyeshadows. For more intense color pigmentation, use a flat brush and press the matte eyeshadows onto the lids. Then, blend the edges with a small, precise blending brush to maintain color intensity.
