The quality and durability of the Swiss Tello Ultra Soft toothbrushes challenge the common belief that soft brushes wear out quickly and do not clean effectively. The "Tello Ultrasoft 6240" toothbrushes, with their ultra-soft bristles, are recommended for individuals with gum issues, those suffering from diabetes, and for pregnant women. These ultra-soft toothbrushes are equipped with 6240 rounded bristles, each 0.10 millimeters in diameter, which gently and efficiently clean teeth and gums without causing harm or irritation. The very thin, flexible, and densely packed bristles ensure a thorough cleaning of all tooth surfaces from plaque during brushing. Ultra-soft toothbrushes are also recommended for brushing teeth when using whitening toothpastes.

1. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the brush, and position it at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. Half of the bristles should be on the gums, and the other half on the teeth. Brush your teeth in gentle, circular motions without applying excessive pressure.
2. Begin by cleaning the outer surfaces. Slowly move the brush in a circular motion from the molars to the front teeth, and then to the molars on the other side of the arch.
3. Next, proceed to clean the inner surfaces of the teeth. As before, start from the back of the dental arch and move the brush in circular motions toward the opposite molars.
4. To clean the inner surfaces of the upper and lower front teeth, hold the brush vertically and make small circular motions. Clean the chewing surfaces by moving the brush back and forth.
5. Thoroughly clean the upper and lower molars—those at the end of the arch—by holding the brush vertically and making small circular motions around the last tooth.
