Lady Cup Revolution is the enhanced model of the well-known and popular menstrual cup. It promises to make each period even more comfortable from this moment on.
The cup is made from the highest quality medical-grade silicone, which is skin-safe, hypoallergenic, and non-irritating. It does not absorb liquids, does not react chemically with the body, and its completely smooth surface prevents bacteria from adhering, thus not causing any changes in the natural vaginal environment. The cup is smooth and soft to the touch, yet flexible enough to easily adapt to the body's shape and expand inside you. Compared to softer cups, it eliminates the risk of leakage when the pelvic floor is tightened (for example, during exercise).
Lady Cup Revolution features an improved stem with three beads that can be trimmed to your desired length, thereby customizing your Lady Cup to your specific requirements. The stem can even be completely removed. Use sharp scissors for this, taking care not to damage the cup.
Lady Cup Revolution is made from modern medical-grade silicone with a glossy, ultra-smooth surface. This makes inserting and removing the cup easier compared to cups with standard or matte surfaces.
There is no embossed marking on the cup that could hinder cleaning. It has four vacuum holes at the same level, which makes unfolding the cup easy and allows for the use of its full volume. These holes not only seal but also indicate when it's time to empty the cup—if the cup is full, blood may seep out very slowly through the holes.
Lady Cup Revolution has softer silicone, making it even more comfortable to use.
Six holes have been replaced with four, located at the same level—this helps to maintain the maximum capacity of the cup and signals the need to empty it (slow leakage) over time.
The cup has a modified stem with three beads, which you can trim to the most suitable length to adapt the Lady Cup to your needs.
It is made from high-quality medical-grade silicone, and its surface has become even smoother than before, facilitating its insertion and removal.

Always ensure your hands are thoroughly washed before handling the LadyCup. Before the first use, sterilize the LadyCup. It is recommended to insert the LadyCup while in one of the following positions: sitting, squatting, kneeling, or standing. Try these positions and choose the one that is most comfortable for you. To make insertion easier, moisten the LadyCup with water or apply a water-based lubricant. Hold the LadyCup with your fingers and compress it. Then, using the fingers of your other hand, fold the LadyCup in half lengthwise.
Hold the LadyCup with your fingers as close to the base as possible and insert it into the vagina at an angle towards your back.
The correct position for the LadyCup is lower than where a tampon would sit. Once inserted, release your fingers, allowing the LadyCup to fully expand and adhere to the vaginal walls. Run your finger around the rim of the cup to ensure it is properly sealed.
Empty the LadyCup at least once every 12 hours, depending on the heaviness of your menstrual flow.
Always handle the LadyCup with clean hands. In your chosen position (sitting, standing, etc.), locate the stem or base of the LadyCup. You can help yourself by gently bearing down, which will move the LadyCup slightly downward. Pinch the base of the LadyCup and, after relaxing, carefully remove it. During the first removal, it is important to stay calm and relaxed. If you encounter difficulty, use a finger to break the vacuum seal by gently detaching the rim of the cup from the vaginal wall. This will make it easier to remove the LadyCup.
Pour the contents of the cup into the toilet.
