Bath - Fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (pre-mixed with a carrier oil). For one bath, use 6-12 drops of essential oil mixed with one tablespoon (10 ml) of carrier oil.
Massage – Add selected essential oils to the massage base oil. In a glass container or bottle, pour about 50 ml of base oil and add 10-25 drops of essential oil, then mix well.
Store the mixture in a tightly sealed dark glass bottle in a cool, dark place.
Shake the bottle before each use.
For one teaspoon (5 ml) of base oil, usually add 2-3 drops of essential oil.
Diffusion - Fill the water container in an aromatic burner or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.
Sauna – Use 5 drops of essential oil per 1 liter of water.
