Before using the aroma lamp, ventilate the room thoroughly, then close all windows and doors. Fill the aroma lamp's bowl with water and add the required number of drops of one essential oil or a blend of 3-5 essential oils, taking into account the age categories of the people present. On average, use 1-2 drops of essential oil per 3-5 square meters. Place a lit tea candle in the lower part of the aroma lamp. The session typically lasts 25-30 minutes, but you can gradually increase the duration to 2-3 hours.
Precautions: Ensure the lit lamp is placed according to safety guidelines. Keep children and pets away from open flames and essential oils. Make sure the water does not boil; the recommended water temperature is 50-60 °C. If the water evaporates quickly, regularly refill the bowl. Do not use scented candles, as their synthetic fragrances can overpower the delicate aroma of essential oils. Before using an essential oil for the first time, ensure you are not allergic to its components. Follow the safety precautions provided in the instructions for the essential oil you are using.
