Repeat if necessary. Step 2 - Conditioner: Wash your hair thoroughly with the appropriate Bosley shampoo. Apply the conditioner to your palms and evenly distribute it on towel-dried hair, concentrating on the mid-lengths and ends. Leave it on for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.

After applying the conditioner, detangle your hair with your fingers to minimize damage during brushing. Continue to run your fingers through your hair until it becomes soft, smooth, and silky. Rinse your hair gently with a low water pressure to avoid tangling. For additional detangling of long hair, emulsify a small amount of conditioner with water and reapply to the ends. Rinse lightly, leaving a small amount of conditioner in the hair. Step 3 - Thickening Treatment: Apply the necessary amount of foam directly to the towel-dried scalp and root area where hair thinning is occurring. Gently massage and do not rinse. Proceed with styling.
