Apply to clean skin. Use a small amount of cream on your hands and feet. Gently spread it evenly. Start using the cream a few days before beginning chemotherapy or biological treatments. Continue to use it regularly, several times a day if necessary, especially after washing your hands or using other drying or irritating products.
