Using Shaving Soap: First, wet the shaving brush with warm water. Then, using moderate circular motions, apply the soap placed in a bowl, taking care not to damage the bristles. Repeat this process until you produce a sufficiently dense, creamy lather. If desired, you can use two bowls to separate the soap from the generated lather. Next, apply the lather to your damp skin using circular motions for 1–2 minutes. This stimulates the skin, softens, and straightens the beard hairs, making shaving easier.

Using Shaving Cream: To use the cream, you can apply a small amount directly to the bristles of the brush, onto your damp cheeks, or place it in a shaving bowl and proceed as you would with soap. Then, with a shaving brush slightly moistened with warm water, distribute the cream in circular movements to create an emulsifying reaction. The resulting lather will be less dense but will provide greater moisture and satisfactory protection for your skin.
