I bought this product in a small size to give it a try, but it didn't really add any extra volume (my hair is naturally normal). There was nothing particularly special about it.
The conditioner is useless, it doesn't detangle hair properly. I tried it at my friend's place a year ago and really liked it, but now that I bought it, I am disappointed.
The volume is there! The hair is silky and voluminous. I also used the Giovanni shampoo.
