Heating Function

Only use the device with a layer of non-synthetic clothing between the device and your skin. The device heats up very quickly. If the heat becomes uncomfortable, STOP using it immediately. Place the device in the desired position and secure the strap around your body for hands-free use.

• Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to activate the heating function.
• Lightly press the power button to switch between three heating modes. For initial use, start with level 1 and increase the level only if comfortable.
• If you turn off the heating function, it will remember the last used setting. When you turn the heating function back on, it will resume with that setting.
• Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to deactivate the heating function.

Vibration Function

Place the device in the desired position and secure the strap around your body for hands-free use.

• Press and hold the vibration button for 2 seconds to activate the vibration function.
• Lightly touch the vibration button to switch between three vibration settings.
• If you turn off the vibration function, it will remember the last used setting. When you turn the vibration function back on, it will resume with that setting.
• Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to deactivate the vibration function.
