Apply a generous amount of the lotion to exposed areas of the body 20 minutes before sun exposure. 1 ml of the product covers 10 square centimeters of skin. Using less than the recommended amount reduces the level of protection. Maintain protection by reapplying the product, especially after swimming, sweating, or drying off.
