Base Coat Moyra Everlast Hydrate Base Coat

Moyra Everlast Hydrate Base Coat – a moisturizing nail polish designed to care for brittle and fragile nails. With regular use, it strengthens nails and prevents splitting. It contains water, hyaluronic acid, and vitamins. It can be applied on its own on degreased (polished) nails or used as a base coat under the Everlast color polish. After each application, apply a top coat to seal in the color. This base coat is part of a three-phase nail polish system that does not require a UV lamp and lasts up to one week.
