Shade 7.11 is warm, almost no ash. It covered the gray hair fairly well (I don't have much), I'll see how quickly it fades. Pros - hair is smooth, shiny, color is close to natural. The goal was to tone down the redness, but the dye didn't manage to do it.

I was disappointed with this hair dye. I used it for a whole year, but the last time I ordered it and applied it, it didn't take at all. It was such a disappointment, it just washed off with water and my roots remained the same. Even if I made a mistake and needed to remove it carefully, it always worked before, but this time it didn't work anywhere I applied it in the bathroom. I don't know why this happened. The expiration date is until 2023, and the developer from the same brand is until 2024. I won't be ordering it anymore.

I constantly crash with this paint. The hair is silky, shiny, and it covers gray hair if mixed with the right percentage of oxidizer. The only thing that can be better is Chi, but they don't have the desired color.

I have been using this paint for 4 years and I am very satisfied! I have porous, thick, and gray (100%) hair. It covers the gray hair perfectly and leaves my hair vibrant and shiny after coloring! I don't understand why it doesn't cover gray hair for some people?! I dye the roots and after 30 minutes, I spread the paint throughout the (medium) length. I mix the paint 1:1.5.
I really like this paint, I always buy the 5 tone, 5.22 and mix it with a 3% developer from Matrix, everything is great! One tube is enough for 2 uses, which is a big plus!

The blonde hair dye is good, I've been using it for 5 years. The Super Blondes in shade 12 lighten well, I didn't have any problems. However, the bright colors like 7.62, 7.6, 7.32, 7.3, and others fade very quickly. I've tried different developers, but I don't see any difference, it becomes dull after 2 weeks. Other than that, everything is normal, my hair is healthy and the colors are beautiful.
