Borellic Infection Diagnostic Test Lab.Home Tik' Alert
- Characteristics
- Description
Professional, home-use - utilize the plate test for diagnosing a fresh spirochete infection of Borrelia, and thus, the early stage of Lyme disease.
We often remain unaware of the infection. Only 2-5% of Lyme disease patients develop migratory erythema, and we often fail to notice the bite site, while the initial symptoms can be misleading.
The test detects IgM antibodies, which appear in the initial phase of the infection. After the bacteria enter the body, it first begins producing IgM class antibodies. These typically appear 2-6 weeks after the bite and can persist for several months.
The kit includes all the necessary components for conducting the test: a professional lancet, test plate, pipette, and a special diluent for diluting the blood sample.
The test is quick and simple to perform, taking just 10 minutes.
