The GLUTEN'ALARM® test offers lab-level accuracy in real-time results (15 minutes) from the comfort of your home.
Coeliac disease (a visceral condition) is an autoimmune disorder with a genetic basis that affects both children and adults. It is caused by gluten intolerance—its presence in food triggers an immune response that damages the villi in the small intestine, leading to impaired nutrient absorption.
In cases of gluten intolerance, specific IgA antibodies against tTG are produced. Therefore, the first method for diagnosing coeliac disease is a highly effective test for gluten intolerance using whole blood. This test detects IgA antibodies against tissue transglutaminase (tTG).
REMEMBER! Undiagnosed coeliac disease can result in intestinal damage, nutrient deficiencies, and neurological disorders.
This increases the risk of autoimmune diseases and cancer.
In cases of gluten intolerance, specific IgA antibodies against tTG are produced. GLUTEN'ALARM® enables the detection of these specific antibodies, thereby indicating gluten intolerance. The sensitivity of GLUTEN'ALARM® is 10 U/ml.
