Mix the desired amount of powder with BLONDE Premium Developer 2%|7 vol or 6%|20 vol until a thick paste is formed. Mixing ratio: 1:1.5. Development time: 20-45 minutes. Do not use artificial heat to shorten the processing time. Apply to dry hair immediately after mixing; do not shampoo before use. Even distribution and generous application ensure the best results. Avoid overlapping previously lightened hair. Thoroughly rinse the hair, shampoo, and treat with BLONDME Care products. Additional bonding systems may reduce effectiveness.
